VP, Business Development, Direct to Patient
RVO Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Business Development to spearhead our expansion into the pharmaceutical industry. This executive role is pivotal in establishing and growing our direct-to-pharma business, leveraging partnerships, marketing, events, and thought leadership to offer innovative direct-to-patient digital health solutions.
The VP of Business Development will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic business development plans that align with the company's objectives and increase market share within the pharmaceutical industry. Key responsibilities include utilizing established senior-level pharma relationships to negotiate and secure new business opportunities, conducting comprehensive market analysis to identify new opportunities in digital health solutions, forging strategic alliances with industry leaders, and driving sales initiatives targeted at pharmaceutical companies. Additionally, the role involves overseeing marketing strategies and campaigns, planning and executing industry events, and establishing the company as a thought leader in digital health.
The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience within the top 20 pharmaceutical industry, with a strong focus on business development, partnership management, and strategic growth. A deep understanding of digital health solutions, patient services, and technology solution providers is essential, along with a proven track record of driving significant sales growth within the pharmaceutical sector. Strong leadership skills, exceptional strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities are also required.
Compensation for this role includes a starting salary ranging from $211,370 to $260,000, with additional LTIP and bonus potential.
