VP Channel Partner Sales
The Vice President of Channel Partner Sales at Garner Health will lead the expansion of the company's distribution model for non-health plan channel partners, including captives, PEOs, private equity organizations, and more. This role is pivotal in developing strategic partnerships and refining the sales process to drive membership and revenue growth, contributing to Garner's mission of transforming the healthcare economy by delivering high-quality and affordable care.
Key responsibilities include developing and overseeing Garner's distribution model for various channel partners, owning the economic model and sales process, fostering and maintaining strategic relationships, collaborating with employer sales leadership to create compelling value propositions, and executing actions to achieve and surpass annual membership goals with a focus on channel partnership growth.
Candidates should have over 8 years of experience in sales leadership roles with revenue responsibilities, deep experience working with or for insurers offering major medical plans, existing relationships within the health insurance community across various channel partners, and a desire to be part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with urgency, accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback.
The target total compensation for this position, including base salary and bonus, ranges from $315,000 to $356,000. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including flexible PTO, medical/dental/vision plan options, 401(k), and Teladoc Health.
