The Vice President, Global Head of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) at Flamingo will oversee the DTC strategies for the company's flagship brands: Harry's, Flamingo, Mando, and Lume. This executive role involves setting and executing global strategies to enhance each brand's digital presence while leveraging shared enterprise capabilities. The position is based in New York, NY, and reports directly to the Chief Digital Officer.

Key responsibilities include defining and implementing a multi-brand DTC strategy that respects each brand's unique positioning and customer base. The role entails managing key performance indicators (KPIs) across all brand DTC channels, aligning strategies with broader omnichannel goals, and leading senior leaders, including the Heads of DTC for each brand. Additionally, the VP will balance global scale with local relevance by leveraging shared platforms and best practices while empowering localized innovation.

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of leadership experience in DTC, global digital commerce, and digital strategy. A proven track record of scaling multi-brand digital businesses with P&L ownership is essential. Strong leadership skills, experience in developing large global teams, and the ability to balance brand differentiation with enterprise-wide efficiency are crucial. The candidate should be customer-focused, analytically fluent, and adept with digital platforms and e-commerce technologies.

Compensation for this role includes a base salary ranging from $275,000 to $315,000 annually, depending on the candidate's location, skill level, and experience.
