The Vice President, Global Head of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) at Mammoth Brands will lead the digital commerce strategy for flagship brands including Harry’s, Flamingo, Mando, and Lume. This executive role involves overseeing the DTC business across all global sites, with a primary focus on the U.S. market, ensuring each brand's digital presence aligns with its unique identity while leveraging shared enterprise capabilities. As the omnichannel landscape evolves, the VP will define the future role of DTC within each brand's strategy.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive multi-brand DTC strategy that scales across the portfolio while respecting individual brand positioning. The VP will own key performance indicators for all brand DTC channels, aligning strategies with broader omnichannel goals. This role involves leading and developing senior leaders, managing the Heads of DTC for each brand, and fostering strong leadership and collaboration across teams. Additionally, the VP will balance global scale with local relevance by leveraging shared platforms and best practices while empowering localized innovation. Ensuring a seamless customer experience across digital and physical channels, driving customer service excellence, and championing innovation in digital capabilities and business models are also critical aspects of the role.

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of leadership experience in DTC, global digital commerce, and digital strategy, with a proven track record of scaling multi-brand digital businesses and P&L ownership. Strong people leadership skills, experience in developing large global teams, and the ability to balance brand differentiation with enterprise-wide efficiency are essential. A customer-centric mindset, excellent communication and influencing skills, analytical fluency, and deep expertise in end-to-end DTC business within an omnichannel portfolio are required. Proficiency with digital platforms, e-commerce tech stacks, modern UX/product practices, and a global mindset are also important qualifications.

Compensation for this role includes a base salary range of $275,000 to $315,000, with the final offer based on the candidate’s location, skill level, and experience.
