VP, Growth Marketing & Social Commerce
Mammoth Brands is seeking a Vice President of Growth Marketing & Social Commerce to lead the growth strategies for its brands, including Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, and Mando. This executive role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and focuses on integrating traditional performance marketing with creator-led initiatives to drive scalable and efficient growth.
The VP will be responsible for defining the vision and strategy across direct response channels, influencer and affiliate marketing, TikTok Shop, and performance creative. Key duties include managing substantial marketing budgets, developing measurement frameworks beyond last-touch ROAS, and fostering a culture of experimentation and disciplined execution within the team.
Candidates should have over 15 years of experience in growth marketing, influencer marketing, or e-commerce, with a proven track record of building and scaling complex growth engines. Expertise in traditional performance channels such as paid social, search, video, and audio is essential, along with strong analytical skills and experience managing large budgets exceeding $30 million.
The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $275,000 to $315,000, complemented by equity in Mammoth Brands, a 401(k) match, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
