VP GTM Operations
The Vice President of Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations at Celonis will lead the strategy and operations for the company's sales teams outside of the regional core sales units. The role involves defining key metrics, KPIs, and cross-functional processes to unify teams, supporting programs that assist sales functions in pipeline creation, business closure, and customer delivery. Additionally, the VP will oversee day-to-day business operations across pre-sales, post-sales, and ecosystem functions, and engage with regional sales leadership to gather feedback and enhance GTM productivity and business health. Building and scaling a high-performance team that embodies a culture of emotional awareness and passion is also a critical aspect of this role.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven ability to act as a critical and thoughtful business partner, serving as both a challenger and supporter. They should have experience in developing, coaching, and inspiring a highly motivated operations team. Knowledge of enterprise SaaS selling, including market positioning, and experience working with partners to establish ecosystem awareness and engagement within a sales team are essential. The ability to operate effectively in a global environment, balancing standardization with localization for impact, is also required.
