VP GTM Operations
The Vice President of Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations at Celonis will lead strategy and operations for the company's sales teams outside of the regional core sales units. This pivotal role is essential in defining, evolving, and managing the GTM strategy as Celonis continues its rapid global expansion. With a deepening partner ecosystem and an expanding range of customer impact areas, this position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of Revenue Operations within the organization.
Key responsibilities include setting the strategy for an integrated GTM approach, ensuring clarity in roles, handoffs, accountabilities, and ratios, and developing plans for scaling these elements over time. The role involves defining key metrics, KPIs, and cross-functional processes to unify teams, supporting programs that assist sales functions in pipeline creation, business closure, and customer delivery. Additionally, the VP will oversee daily business operations across pre-sales, post-sales, and ecosystem functions, and engage with regional sales leadership to gather feedback and enhance GTM productivity and business health.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven ability to act as a critical and thoughtful business partner, serving as both a challenger and supporter. They should have experience in developing, coaching, and inspiring high-performing operations teams, and possess knowledge of enterprise SaaS selling, including market positioning. Familiarity with partner ecosystems and the ability to operate effectively in a global environment, balancing standardization with localization, are also essential.
