VP of GTM Technology
Trustpilot is seeking a Vice President of Go-to-Market (GTM) Technology to lead the strategic development and modernization of our global GTM systems. This role is pivotal in enhancing the performance and scalability of our Commercial, Customer, and Trust teams, ensuring they are equipped with cutting-edge technology to deliver exceptional experiences. The VP of GTM Technology will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive GTM technology strategy aligned with Trustpilot's broader business objectives. Key responsibilities include overseeing the technical architecture of our GTM ecosystem—primarily Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds—addressing technical debt, and building innovative capabilities to improve productivity and customer outcomes. This role involves close collaboration with leaders across Commercial, Customer, Trust, Product, and Engineering teams to shape roadmaps and influence priorities, ensuring GTM technology initiatives directly enhance business performance.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience leading GTM technology in fast-paced, high-growth, globally distributed SaaS environments. Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds, with a strong grasp of architecture, governance, and scalability, is essential. A proven track record of recruiting, developing, and inspiring diverse technical teams is required, along with the ability to operate strategically while ensuring disciplined execution. Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence are necessary to align diverse stakeholders around shared outcomes.
