VP of GTM Technology
Trustpilot is seeking a Vice President of Go-to-Market (GTM) Technology to lead the strategic development and management of systems that empower our Commercial, Customer, and Trust teams. This role is pivotal in modernizing our GTM landscape, addressing technical debt, and building new capabilities to support our next phase of growth. The VP of GTM Technology will report to the Chief Technology Officer and collaborate closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Trust Officer, and Chief Customer Officer to ensure our GTM systems are resilient, innovative, and aligned with our business objectives.

Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds, with a strong grasp of architecture, governance, and scalability, is required. A proven track record of recruiting, developing, and inspiring diverse technical teams is essential. The candidate should be strategic yet pragmatic, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and able to connect technology decisions directly to productivity gains and commercial impact.
