VP of Human Resource

The Vice President of Human Resources at will lead the Human Resources team within the People Operations division. This role involves advising and influencing the business leadership team to execute HR strategies that support the company's objectives. The VP will drive organizational transformation and change management initiatives, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities include overseeing talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits, organizational development, employer branding, recruitment, and compliance management. The VP will also spearhead initiatives focused on enhancing employee satisfaction and lead the performance and talent management processes across the HR team.

Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of HR experience, including roles in people management across various HR functions such as HR Business Partnering, Recruitment, Performance/Rewards, Talent Management, Employee Relations, and Organizational Development. Experience as a Head or VP in the finance industry, particularly in multi-finance or banking sectors, is required. Managing large teams handling multiple HR functions and extensive experience in stakeholder management on complex strategic HR issues are essential.
