Garner Health is seeking a Vice President of Provider Sales to join its Provider team. This senior, individual-contributor role focuses on developing and managing a national portfolio of provider prospects, advancing deals through the pipeline, and closing new business. The ideal candidate has experience launching new solutions with providers or health systems and thrives in a fast-moving environment where feedback from the field directly shapes the go-to-market strategy.

Key responsibilities include sourcing, developing, and managing a national pipeline of provider prospects, including health systems, physician groups, and other healthcare service providers. The role involves leading all aspects of the sales cycle: prospecting, stakeholder alignment, solution positioning, negotiation, and contract execution. Additionally, the VP will build strategic relationships with provider executives to drive adoption of Garner’s data and analytics solutions, helping providers understand their clinical performance, succeed in value-based models, and attract new patient volume.

The ideal candidate has a track record of meeting or exceeding quota in provider-facing sales roles with responsibility for closing complex deals. Direct experience selling enterprise-level solutions to provider organizations such as health systems, large physician groups, or ACOs is essential. Strong ability to navigate complex provider organizations, engage executive stakeholders, and create alignment across finance, strategy, clinical, and operations teams is required. An entrepreneurial and strategic mindset, with the ability to build a territory plan from scratch and a deep understanding of value-based care models and provider economics, is also necessary.

The target salary range for this position, inclusive of base and commission, is $350,000 - $380,000 annually. Individual compensation will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including flexible PTO, medical/dental/vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, and Teladoc Health.
