VP, Revenue Operations
Garner Health is seeking an exceptional Vice President of Revenue Operations to join their Revenue Team, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. This role is pivotal in ensuring the Sales and Client Management teams are equipped for success in their daily operations. Garner Health is a rapidly growing healthcare technology company dedicated to transforming the healthcare economy by delivering high-quality and affordable care through innovative benefit designs and data-driven insights.
The VP of Revenue Operations will be responsible for designing and managing the operational infrastructure that supports complex, broker-led selling motions alongside direct and alliance channels. Key responsibilities include leading forecasting and capacity modeling for the commercial engine, evolving day-to-day workflows to ensure consistent execution across the customer lifecycle, and establishing core metrics to measure departmental health. Additionally, the role involves leading strategies for continuous professional development, maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base for the Revenue team, and acting as a technical thought leader to enhance the tech stack, including platforms like Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree and have over 10 years of experience in Revenue or Commercial Operations within a SaaS or technology business. Proven experience leading Revenue Operations in a high-growth environment that has reached or exceeded $500 million in Annual Recurring Revenue is essential. The candidate should demonstrate mastery of complex, non-direct sales motions, deep expertise across the full customer lifecycle, and a track record of driving operational efficiency in both new customer acquisition and retention. Strong leadership skills, including the ability to recruit, mentor, and coach high-performing teams, are also required.
The target total compensation for this position, including base salary and bonus, ranges from $300,000 to $340,000.
